Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Not exactly, the Tunguska fires missiles and bullets at targets, it's guns are more effective against slower/ground targets such as infantry and helicopters but for planes it's likely for its missiles to do the job better.

Description

The Tunguska has been in active duty since the 1980s and has long been updated and refurbished.
With this new conflict, the Tunguska has been
upgraded to shoot down more helicopters and
aircraft than any other Anti-Air platform vehicle
in the battlefield. The Tunguska uses both
auto-cannons and missile pods to take out any
aerial threat, but is not as effective on ground
targets.
