Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
This is the new standard barracks used by the Federation armed forces all over the globe. Not only it can be constructed in a short time, it has more than acceptable living conditions for the troops that live inside its walls. There is also an easy to access recruitment station normally open for 24 hours a day accepting anyone bold enough to make a difference. New recruits are hastily introduced to basic training through high definition video and are given a weapon and uniform. Given the extremely low life expectancy of conscripts in the frontline, it is unknown what makes them so eager to fight.

a other thing that would be cool is if the recruitment station pops out a new unit every min or so. After u buy a recruitment upgrade from the weapon bucker or something

Great work ! It would indeed be really cool if a guy could walk on that platform ( kind of like the allies barracks in RA3 ), but then again i know animations like that are a nightmare for ZH .

Yes. Well, the model, skin, and aesthetic changes such as the billboard and spotlights. Plus some of the upgrades have moved, but it's not a feature of the structure per se.
Much better, the old one was too flat.
