Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

This is a lot less damaging than a V1 and, dare I say, a lot more useful given it also reveals the ground underneath its route.

It's seriously not half as mean as it looks in terms of damage you know. It's filled with cameras, not a warhead.

Would it harm infantry if the missile hit them dead on?

Perhaps I underplayed it a little - it might not have a warhead, but a several-tonne drone missile heading towards you at high speed is certainly capable of that!

All the recon systems have their limitations, so don't expect anything quite that drastic.

DIDN'T LIKE THIS THING MUCH. IT SEEMED LIKE HEAVY AA CAN BRING IT DOWN WITH ONE SHOT.

I'm having some difficulty here. I downloaded the latest version of the mod, then installed it. (had to change destination directory because I have First Decade) I tried running it, didn't work. I then realized I didn't have Zero Hour patched to it's latest version. I downloaded the patch, but it claims "Old file was not found. However, a file with the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."
I concluded that the mod had somehow intervened in the update, so I uninstalled the mod, and just to make sure reinstalled Generals and Zero Hour. I then ran the update and it said the same thing. I put the update exe. in the directory itself, then ran it, didn't work either, same result. I re-downloaded the update and ran it again, both inside and outside the Zero Hour directory, both attempts like all previous ones bearing no fruit other than that same message.
Does anyone know what to do?

(PS, sorry for the long comment, I don't mean to spam but I felt it would help if I recorded what I did as accurately as possible lest something would be missed.)
