Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The Bulldog is a fully self-automated defensive emplacement developed and used by the Royal Netherlands Army. Taking inspirations from the hidden fortifications of Switzerland as well as the historical Maginot line of France, these turrets have been placed alongside key strategic locations in many European countries, ready to pop out of the ground and engage hostile invaders upon activation by senior command. Depending on the operational clearance of the commander in charge, the Bulldog can deploy its weapons according to three operational routines: The most basic mode, dubbed 'Argus' after the faithful dog of Odysseus, uses its dual 20mm gatling guns to riddle enemy footsoldiers and light vehicles. The second mode, named after the two-headed dog 'Orthus', adds a set of shaped-charge rocket launchers for use against armoured targets. Finally, the third and most powerful mode, named 'Cerberus' after the three-headed canine guardian of the underworld, uses both previous weapons in addition to a set of vertically launched surface-to-air missiles. This allows the Bulldog Turret to defeat a variety of threats and it can also be ordered to retract into its underground shelter to repair and conceal itself after an attack, making it useful as an ambush weapon by itself or as a component of a defensive line.
Reminds me of the popup Maginot turret from Blitzkrieg 2 mod that the Allies could build early in the game. But then again that is what it's based off of.

yes
And if it is stealth, can you make "disable fire" button for it?
it has two modes:
active (dakkadakka)
and passive (where it is stealthed and repairs itself)
you have to activate and deactivate it manually
If it's stealth are you going to make it look like the envirement, it would make more sence and look more awesome than it already does.
Because ofc details like that, that take alot of time to create, really change gameplay value.
Holy **** does ECA have a lot of defences, is this all for the defence general or is it for every general?
Can I group select and press "D" any short-key for this like the old Zero Hour??
Will the ECA still have the goal keeper as well i was looking forwards to intercepting enemy planes and missiles.

chuck a grenade in there once it pops up, but that's if you managed to get close enough without getting turned into red mist.
