Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

"...Khat contains a monoamine alkaloid called cathinone, an amphetamine-like stimulant, which is said to cause excitement, loss of appetite and euphoria..."

At first, I was going to make a few comments how the voiceover is going to have to be glorious, but now I'm just sad that it and the role can't be given to a particularly blocky 70-year old piston-engine monoplane.

you would need a lot of khat in order to fly this junk, but hey why do they need that ****, anyway they are basicly insane already.

So does this replace the Gazelle since it has pretty much the same upgrades as standard?

According to 1.87 changelog, yes. But i hope the gazelle will come back for 2.0 #FrenchBias

It's very unlikely that the Gazelle returns.
However, General Ibrahiim is French himself, so you can expect some French-inspired stuff from him in 2.0

Description

An archaic Bell 47 helicopter converted into a light gunship and chemical weapons dispersal platform. Despite the age of the airframes, these choppers prove to be effective in harsh environments due to their mechanical simplicity and ease of maintenance. Known as the infamous Plague Dusters, the GLA has outfitted their helicopters with anti-armor rockets, Stinger missiles as well as sprayer nozzles taken from crop duster aircraft. The sprayer nozzles are capable of dispersing weaponized Anthrax spores or other biological or chemical weaponry. As a result, the Plague Duster has become feared throughout Africa as a terror weapon designed to massacre entire populaces opposed to the GLA. Due to the helicopters' non-existent armor, the pilots are known to chew khat in order increase their reflexes and banish fear before going on missions.
