Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
General Sulaymaan - the Warlord General is easily
called the most resourceful general of the GLA
faction. Once Deathstrike's Lieutenant during
the first GLA conflict 14 years ago he has moved
upward in the ranks of the GLA command structure.
From this he is given access to many scrapyards
and weapons seen in the last few conflicts
alongside some of his own contraptions. The BM-21
is such weapons. Able to fire successive shots at
a large radius pelting it with High Explosive
missiles and then move along to another location
within seconds. Just like any other GLA unit, this
unit will pack a bang for its buck - which happens
to be on sale these days.

At first i thought it was a Katyusha (rocket duce and a half for the win) But its a BM-21
It is almost the same. But Katyusha is BM-13, BM-21 is Grad and the last version of BM is BM-30 Smrech.
My fault - it is BM-30 SMERCH of course.
