Forums and Website will temporarily be down. image - Rise of the Reds mod for C&C: Generals Zero Hour
Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Hello everyone here to shed some light on the situation why all the forums are down.
Due to some unexpected issues we are forced to relocate our forums and websites to a new server because of some odd problem we are still trying to figure out.
Because of this i have decided to shutdown the majority of the forum to avoid the loss of any posts or information that might get posted in between.
This means is that within the coming days (i don't know exactly when) all the websites and ofc the forum its self will go offline for a remainder of 2 weeks.
This does not by any margin mean that development of the mod will be halted in anyway and we hope to see you all back here soon after.

It's working fine with me... With a few bugs here and there though (missing posts, mostly).

I doubt they do. No wait, there's some info on that on the Shockwave mod website.

So wait does that mean all the post and accounts are a loss?
No. That part about lost posts in the description refers to the time between our last database backup and the moment we go back online. Anything between that would logically be lost, which is why the forum is currently disabled to ensure that nobody produces anything that -can- be lost in the first place. Ideally, we get that new server, we set things up, implement the database and pick up right where we left off.
Thanks Mars, I was offline for a week so does this mean that sometime next week the forums will be back?
