Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Produced by a Swedish utility vehicle company, these high-powered Excavators are operated by civilian engineering contractors in service of the European Continental Army, providing the task force with quick on-site construction capabilities.
It looks like they may suddenly transform into some kinda doom WarMech anytime.

my shop has a Volvo hyex, this does resemble it a bit.
Probably because its a concept vehicle and never went into actual production or isn't even in production yet.

Because then you could rush with dozers...
A mid-game upgrade for the dozers to be armed might work though
I made all buildings more resistant to Machinegun fire, so it would take a while to destroy a base with MG vehicles.
