Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Activating the Venom Protocol grants European commanders a number of other benefits as well: Basic infantry units like Felin Riflemen and Panzerfaust soldiers will be equipped with simple powersuits in order to improve their survivability and agility. These models are not functionally comparable to the actual Venom as they merely serve to amplify the physical movements of the operator through mechanical power. Even before the outbreak of the Russo-European War, similar suits had been in use by non-combat logistics and engineering units of the US and a number of European militaries. In a pinch, these expensive exo-skeletons can also be issued to frontline troops in order to increase their muscle endurance and fighting power.
Nice!!

Will EMP weapons affect these systems at all?
nice :D thanks swr
Its judgement day~!
Very good! Now the infantry will be somewhat more of a factor and not just the things that die around the tanks. Great job, great thinking, SWR! You Rule!
So do the Panzerfausts reduce their commentary on the mass of their recoilless weapon?
Hey, what about the Commandos general power? Does these fellas get any bonus from Venom protocol?
No, the Commandos and Frank Jaeger doesn't get any bonus from Venom Protocol
Let me chime in and state, you wouldn't want them to have exoskeletons. I'm actually surprised that people haven't freaked out about the mainstream exoskeletson that have infantry upgraded upon just -researching- the Venom Project.
Um...have you ever heard someone say "No!" to powered armour?
Have you seen your commandos getting rolled over by some vehicle that is just moving to somewhere? Prom 3 commandos, on their way to screw up the enemy and some quad cannon gets 2 promoted out of nowhere, bringing attention to the place of happening? Not to mention that Frankie really needs some kung-fu moves in a googled conscript infested base. So, don't be that surprised - if it affects the infantry - let it affect the infantry like a baws.
I once exploited Commando ability to shoot while stealthed against AI, destroying detectors by proxy Artillery Emplacements... my worst enemy were construction dozers :)
Get the hell out of here S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
Edge of tomorrow!
I did not know that ECA hires Stalkers in their army .
