Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Who the hell is this bloke who always adds maps that get deleted by the dev team?
he must add this on the addons section of generals Zero hour or ask permission to the developer of the mod so he could freely upload this map.
The map looks good.
Just love assymetric maps theyre more funny and gives more tatical need!
The guy on the south will have to strugle to find more suplys!

this map wont show up ingame because it is a "rar" file, and only "File folder" type of addon map files work for me to show ingame. Help?:(
you ever heard of extracting?
I tried that. I get the "windows can't open this file" message when i double click on the file to try and extract it.
You don't have an extraction program.
Go google winzip or winrar and be done with it.
right click on the rar file, and look for "extract" option
Vcon8XD, you MUST have a rar capable extraction program - as you extracted and played "tropical battlefield" didnt you? (and you extracted ROTR itself?)
After some playing around with the documents, i was finally able to make it show up ingame. Thanks for the help guys:)
