Bucking the trend for just a minute, these shots were taken in a skirmish game, simply with the HUD disabled. This will be actual in-game footage when graphics are set to full.
And before anybody says anything... A higher-rez cloud texture will be coming. Those pixels... :(

Yep. This is taken from a skirmish battle with the HUD disabled. I know the "low orbit" idea isn't original but I hope my execution of it is unique and as realistic as the game will allow.
You could always go even lower to the point we see individual buildings, if not the ground map itself.
That would be quite something but of course then I'd make the outrageous demand to have that one Star Destroyer crash and become an object on the ground map, which is another can of worms entirely.
Besides, a space battle where you have to avoid buildings could be a bit weird to say the least.
As cool as that sounds, it would take forever to set up and yes, pathfinding would get interesting...
All those ships plummeting into the city when they blow up!
Planetary shield will stop most of that ;)

What's funny is that Coruscant is actually a word in the English language that means "glittering". The more you know... Lol
That's... quite coruscant.
Proper context I believe would be like, "the coruscant gems set in his golden crown, drew they attention of all who gazed upon this royal being".

Really love everything about the mod so far except those 4 wide lasers, they really really seem to stand out as kind of badly out of place...
