For those wondering about the blue pistol... Its a Crusader Mk XII. It's blue/turquoise. Google it. Odd color...but seemed appropriate.

Ah yes the Crusader pistol from SWG. Its a bit lighter and more turquise ingame, but it looks a lot like it. Great job, love your heroes you do.

I love all of the included models/units from SWG, especially the royal guard tie fighter. Despite its rather restrictive mass it was still my favorite fighter to use by far. And that sound, good lord that sound

Well space mode itself isn't even 100% done (still need a small handful of ships plus space stations). It's so close I can taste it though... It really shouldn't be too much longer.

Looks good, however I'm not a big fan of fighting fully armored, but without a helmet. It's just plain stupid not to protect the most vital body part.

Also I feel he looks like he is running into battle unprepared, maybe it's the missing helmet, maybe a bit more gear would do the trick. Right now to me he looks like he was just on lunch break while suddenly being attacked and was just able to grab his sword and pistol.

I don't know how much work it is, but if you could consider adding a holster for the pistol and his helmet hanging on the back of his belt and maybe even the cartridges on the chest from here Starwars.wikia.com I think that would go a long way.
Some sort sheath or attachment point for the sword would also be an idea.

Almost all source material show him without his helmet. Granted, there isn't much source material and it's all images of him instructing. To be honest, it was purely an artistic choice so that all of the Mandalorian heroes didn't look 90% the same. Since when has fantasy armor been practical anyway (chainmail bikini anyone?).

Anyway, the doodads on his armor like the sheath and grenades/whatever they are would be a good idea. I think I will wait to revisit that until later though. At this point, Im trying to get everything done, then spend some time refining.

Makes sense. He just seems a bit bland in terms of design as of now.

I can understand that point of view though. The only other Mando hero that is "basic" like that is Goran Beviin but with his it makes sense because that is his personality; no flare or extras, just a traditionalist and reserved.

Novoc though does come across more as a commando type, who bring the right gear to be ready for anything.

Yeah. And I've seen so many different beskar'gams now, it's really the small bits and pieces that make them stand out.

I really think his helmet clipped to the belt would look quite cool the more I think about it.

I found this mod 3 years ago... I've waited 3 years for it's release and seeing the incredible content that continues to be put out by the modder, I'm willing to wait another 3 years just to have content so badass.

Lol thanks! Though, it should be closer to 3 months than three more years... At least I hope to god that's the case. Haha

Description

Yes, I gave the melee weapon to the wrong unit... Zerimar is a sniper. As a Mandalorian, he also knows how to handle himself in close quarters but the blade is actually paired with Novoc. Anyway...

Novoc Vevut is a Mandalorian weapons smith and armorer who is very skilled in working with a range of metals, including Beskar. His familiarity with this work and an array of weaponry makes him a formidable warrior and vital asset to Boba Fett's group of Protectors. Vevut utilizes both ranged and melee weapons and is often seen carrying his sword with him:

Vignette.wikia.nocookie.net

Though this is past the events of the mod, Vevut's adopted son would eventually marry Boba Fett's daughter, making the two warriors closer than mere comrades.
