The Empire has fallen and a New Republic is born out of the conflict. But in the ashes of civil war, yet another life stirs...
These guys are a little tougher than the average Storm Trooper (buffs to hth and def) and deploy in two squads of three troopers each. Two members are armed with HH-15 Missile Launchers (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/HH-15_projectile_launcher) and the third is equipped with a standard E-11 blaster. Basically the equivalent to NR Plex Troopers but offset with the standard E-11 trooper to fend off other infantry a tiny bit.
When you say "Two members are armed with HH-15 Missile Launchers" are you referring to each squad or the entire deployment group?
Two per squad would be a bit strange...
Two squads of three members each. Two of the three members (per squad) will have launchers, while one has the E-11. I figured that was better than all with launchers and no anti-infantry of any kind. However, only one launcher per squad isn't enough of a threat to enemy vehicles to be worth the credits to build...
they look very ****** off
Good, they and the regular Stormies are supposed to.
Looking good, however I'm wondering why their left knee is white. Is that part gonna be teamcolored?
Also in this image one can see even better that your new stormie model is just so much better than the original one.
You are correct, the left knee is for teamcolors. I tried keeping it as the left pauldron like the regular Stormtroopers but it looked weird (and the pauldrons are supposed to be gold like the Nova stripes anyway...)
Those rebels are in a world of hurt now.
Just a quick question, will this version have multiplier ability(LAN)?I know the last version didn't and i was wondering if this issue could be remedied, if at all possible.
I've played LAN just fine...? I know there are issues playing LAN between Win Vista and Win 7 or later but I've never had trouble at least starting a LAN battle.
Galactic Conquest?
oh yeah, that I have not tried.
Love it, love everything about it.
Wonderful!
These models are incredible, who does them?
I do all my own work :) Code, textures, models, animations... All done by me.
Of course, this was not true in version 4 but all 3rd party content will be replaced by my own work for version 5. I even plan to replace or improve most of the original Petroglyph content.
That's amazing.
Thank you :)
Man... they look good.
