To answer all at once - no. I've been busy with some college and personal stuff but the mod is still progressing. Release of the 3.0 version is scheduled in late July or early August.
I have been testing the AI lately and the results were great. I'm also developing some new unit and hero abilities. I'm also working on improving the game graphics with new textures.
