Description

The Latest Iteration of the Rise of Mankind: A New Dawn Mod. New Features Fixed borders - Military Strength and Civic choices now vastly influence how your borders with other nations form. Units at war can now claim territory from other players. Civic Buildings - Each civic has an associated unique building unlocked when playing with it. Try to build them all, or pick and choose the ones that best suit you. Mastery Victory - Players can select this new victory condition. It ends at the same time that a time victory is, but it calculates your score in a very different way, and over-rides all other victory conditions. Building the UN or launching the Space Ship are both possible, but will not necessarily guarantee victory. Advanced Nukes - Players can now choose from a wide array of nuclear devices, from small ICBM's, to nukes powerful to entirely destroy a city in one blow. PlanetBusters can be used to annihilate large swaths of the world, even entire continents at your whim.
