Riot Act mod for Half-Life 2

Great mod. The voice work was excellent. I only wish there was a little more back story - maybe the player could have been introduced as having been ex-commando or something. Playing with the antlions was quite fun.

You perfectly resembled Valve's original prison maps and realized a lot of own gameplay ideas. For me it was just irritating that in some places the combine respawn infinitly (à la Medal Of Honor) and you have to rush - sometimes with little health. On the other hand: By default the game is set to easy not medium, right?

I just heard of this mod from the creator of Minerva. I'll play it today.

Very well done mod, along with Leon's Coastlline to Atmosphere, the best 2 SP mods out there. They've really thought it out well and used the best available elements of the HL2 universe to create a mod that's well worth playing, as good as Episode 1.

It may not add anything extra we haven't already seen, but professionally done and well worth a look. 9 out of 10.

This is what you call a mod! I gave it a 10-8-9.

You can't give the "graphics" anything less than a 10 the levels were usually nothing less than beautiful. There were some parts that started to get a bit repetetive but not too bad. The second half of the game presented me with some really really awesome looking, highly detailed maps.

I didn't notice anything mind blowing about the "sound" portion however the custom soundtrack was neat. I just wish, as I wish with most mods, that there were more action settings in the maps where those cool techno tunes could be used.

The gameplay varied only a little bit here and there but the second half of the mod was just awesome.

My favorite part was at the very end where you must get across the bridge.
I also liked the stalker pod scene.

I want to know where the player goes at the end! Make a sequel pls!!!!!

Sounds good, there is an antlion in one shot, does this mean that the prison break happens at the same time as Freeman is there?
If so, better get the hell out of there before it blows!
