use Vice City ENBseries, that is using DX8 .
I tryed, but it is not much compatible, and ENB with bump teste is 0% compatible with mafia.... :(

hey Rikintosh, i kinda love your RAGS mod, cuz it gives me enb feeling although i can t run enb on my latop, but i need to rename SAGFX.dll to d3.D9.dll,,,, it works and it s fine but could you make any patch for SAMP aswell? please contact me: olegunar2@azet.sk thanks in advance...
