Revolt_3x

This will be the next version of revolt, the succesor to revolt 2x. I added new maps rev_dust (de_dust from conterstrike) lan_spinx , and lan_priorty to name a few. I reskinned the ak-74 and added some new sounds. I plain to add new weapons ,new gametypes and lower the recoil.
