This model has been around my head for more than 4 years now... Metal Gear Ray is probably one of the most beautiful looking mechs designed for video games, and I was always a fun of it...
BUT I always thought that it needed something more, so this is my version to this amazing mech, and it has four wings instead of two ;)
This model was made to honor our great lead modeler Avitus ! It's also his birthday in some minutes so, I dedicate this model to him :)

the truth is that I would like to see it in the field, but this specific one is really high pollied.... The thing is that it is quite similar to our Cybran Dragon, so you miiiight see some of it's aspects get incorporated into the Dragon later on ;)

lol. if you seen the cybran cutsceen movies from supcom, youll notice that dr brackman was nothing more than a brain in a jar. they mustve gone oddly. its like asking how obamas bday parties go or hitlers. did they get any presents? cake? if so, what kind of cake and what as their presents? ice cream? bday songs?
it makes me think of how revamp would play as an mmorts(role-type-strategy) knna like chromehounds. 3rd person 1st person shooter role type strategy.

"im feelin pretty good, just bought that new heavy laser cannon upgrade for my shredder drone. i also got better shock absorption so it doesnt affect me as much when i'm fired ottava launcher."

i really dont know how to respond to that besides telling you how it makes me feel like its MY bday...
ive spent quite a lot of my time on a few mech stories but they never made it off the schools computers. never had a flash drive.

thanks. means a lot. which makes me think, hey avitus, when someone tells you your work is great, does it affect you as much as it does me? i mean yeah i know you get a lot of oh my god thats awesome but if that were me getting those comments, it would still make my bday look like the end of the world. how much does it affect you?
Sandy it is something that you get use to over time, but Its still good, and It always makes my day to see people like my work, and it certainly dose make me enjoy my work more knowing that there are people waiting to see it.
I liked your story, though I'm guessing that you know its not accurate to supcom law lol.
your right about it not being accurate but itd be cooler the way i said it. otherwise it has more of a storyline that way. supcom didnt have a very good storyline. im not saying mine is better but hey it gives me a way to think of it as an rpg role type strategy. id love to see a normal city with people running around. itd be somewhat like wow, the way i see it.
i just realized something, cybran people will never lose their jobs to computers. they pretty much are. being a cybran would probably be the best way to live life. your a human with the ability to think as fast as a computer, and still has feelings. like sonny from irobot.
so while the uef and aeon people lose their jobs, the cybrans never have to worry about it.
Yer Cybran are fairly cool like that :)
