Very cool. I didn't like the original brick because I saw it as a cube with legs, but this is a vast improvement on the original concept and a much desired addition to the game (someone took the concept of seige bot a little literally j/k, no seriously this is excellent). I want to see the animation sequence.
LoD, One thought is, are you sure you want to have more health in PD form? It looks like it is more vulnerable in this mode. I am pretty sure the Jack Hammer takes 25% less damage when it is not deployed. This makes sense because it's main components are hidden inside.
Also, will it ignore magnets while deployed like the Jack Hammer? I assume so, but it's always fun to get confirmation.
Very much like transforming bots. Very much like this Brick.
@ Bastilean
Are you by any chance the same "Bastilean" from the GPG forums ?
"will it ignore magnets while deployed like the Jack Hammer" yes I would think so.
"are you sure you want to have more health in PD form" we will have to wait till we balance.
@ Klinkhammer
"those red light dots, could be grenade launchers in pd mode" a very interesting idea, hmm grenade launchers or AA missile batteries, they will be something cool ;P
@Jazz Yup, same Bastilean. Definitely becoming a fan of your work with LoD. LoD is the best. You guys make a great team.
Klinkhammer has a point that the grenade looking things need a purpose. How about TMD? This unit is going to be MML bate, so it's a good idea if you are ok with reducing the frustration factor associated with seige mode. Of course having counters is good.
Jazz is this bot going to be affected by jump jets (while not in seige mode presume-ably)? Those grenade things might be good jump jet thrusters too. They are symmetrically placed to provide balanced lift. :D
I have an idea for the UEF experimental thing, it would be a mobile flying land/air factory that would beam down the land units and just let out the air like normal. I would like this very much but it is just an idea.
@ stupid
I have already made 2 UEF minor experimentals, (the Hammer & the new Demolisher)
for ideas in the future post them in the
revamp-mod/forum/thread/new-units-idea/page,
its the last tab far right at the top of this page.
note
if you are a skinny troll (and I'm not saying you are) I warn you to never post hear again --__--
maybe you have just never used moddb or forums before but you need to learn NOW
NEW BRICK WHOOohooo AWESOME... Been complaining to my friends while playing that the UEF still has its precivials, Nice to see the Brink coming back. Sure looks Great compared to the block with legs in FA.
nice
Not sure what to say about this, but its awesome none the less.

i think that these round thingys on its upper side, those red light dots,
could be grenade launchers in pd mode :p
as an weapon upgrade maybe...
but i really like the brick, even in fa i used it as a mobile pd of some sort : D
just a thought

Wow! this mod your working on just gets better and better I literally can't wait I'm counting the days.
@IzzReal
Your going to be counting for a while ;P
can you make some minor UEF experimentals

I liked the original brick because it was just that, a mechanical brick with legs.
However, this does the original justice. It truly looks like a more thought-out, evolved form of the Brick! :3
Kind of like how the M1A1 Abrams (or Leopard) is just as cool as a Sherman or Panzer. >:3
