If I'm not mistaken, do those wing-like structures fold out (technically, rotate out on a hinge) like the SC:FA Janus fighter-bomber, or are they fixed?
And winged aircraft need to be in a constant forward motion to stay up in the air lest gravity get them. Of course, with current and future tech that is solved by bottom facing thrusters, yet that is only possible (currently) low altitude. Thus lets just go with what OverRated said.
Looks like a baby Darkenoid.

No what you see if what the unit looks like the 2 rings rotate around.
I like that a lot. What kind of bomber will it be? Dive bomber, carpet bomber or another sort?
UFO! Now UEF need Will Smith.
Sweet!
Well, that is an interesting design.
They come in peace.... or do they?
Wiered air craft, be fine for space flight but don't we need some wings or something?
Does a frisbee have wings no it rotates to fly, you have to remember this isn't todays tech.

looks like the UEF should adopt Nikoli Tesla's "Death Ray"
I like it. Bomb could be a mini darkenoid cannon for dive bombing. Not anything sustainable, but still fairly powerful for the bomber's size.
This unit doesn't need to do bombing runs because it doesn't need to keep its self up using thrusters.
O.O
It should fire a laser like the darkenoid did, only not suck at it :P
