42 Year have past. Long enough for the world to heal. Long enough to forget the horrors of the war that almost claimed not only our lives, but that of our entire world. From the east came the Empire, their mecha and weapons soon overwhelmed the defenders of the Allied Kingdoms but, they were beaten.
Three warrior from the Kingdom Domen stood against the tide of chaos when no one else could. Wielding the powers of the eight great elements of mana, the heroes beat back the empire. However, the aftermath of what we today call the Second Imperial War was high indeed. The Empire lies in ruins, the allied kingdoms threaten to break apart from within, and Mana, the source of all magic, has vanished.
42 years have past, to the east the Empire stirs, the forests of Domen have turned dangerous, fought with monsters and bandits. Now a new generation takes to the defense of the world for now is the time for the Return to Mana.

We would like to announce major changes in our developing process, we will concentrate on work, rather then hop on the hype wagon and flash our media panties to the public constantly.
We are the kind of team, that wants to get their work done, so there will hardly be any news at least till summer.
Come and drop by the forums, to keep yourself informed about the project status.

Again we have to meantion that you shouldnt compare us with the game you named, because we have nothing to do with it.
The monesters will stay around that style, though the main character is chaning right now and will possibly be changing even more
I'll have to admit, I liked your concept art for the characters more than the renders (like someone else mentioned, it's looking a lot less cartoony than I'd expected). The rabites and chobin hoods were always so nice-looking ... they're pretty evil looking in this one. =P It doesn't shout Secret of Mana successor to me the way they are now, you know?
The maps though. Wow. Captures the feel of the original perfectly. I'm really impressed with those. Keep it up!
COME ON RELEASE THIS! i want it soooooooooooooooo baddddd
Yo yo mamma! Now this is some great looking stuff! I'll wait until 2008, as long as it means quality, and from the looks, I'm not sure how it can get much better!
havn't been here for a couple of months - glad to see things are moving smoothly.
good luck with all future work!
Well this is certainly turning out amazingly good looking, keep it up, please.
