42 Year have past. Long enough for the world to heal. Long enough to forget the horrors of the war that almost claimed not only our lives, but that of our entire world. From the east came the Empire, their mecha and weapons soon overwhelmed the defenders of the Allied Kingdoms but, they were beaten.

Three warrior from the Kingdom Domen stood against the tide of chaos when no one else could. Wielding the powers of the eight great elements of mana, the heroes beat back the empire. However, the aftermath of what we today call the Second Imperial War was high indeed. The Empire lies in ruins, the allied kingdoms threaten to break apart from within, and Mana, the source of all magic, has vanished.

42 years have past, to the east the Empire stirs, the forests of Domen have turned dangerous, fought with monsters and bandits. Now a new generation takes to the defense of the world for now is the time for the Return to Mana.

Return to Mana: Legacy of the eight Elements is a stylized fantasy adventure inspired by several wonderfully SNES games. Based on Half Life 2's source engine, Return to Mana is a coop game for up to three player over Steam or LAN.

Features :

- Over 50 maps planned for the final version with 4 different environments.

- And much much more.

"As the world turns the beast stirs, for time flows like a river and history repeats and the time of the return of mana approaches"

I like it. amazing level, animal, and plant design and for the most part (95%) the texturing is really niece. but that rock texture is Fugly beyond belief. but the rock texture doesn't matter, still looking forward to it. good work, keep it up.

I have never liked nor played a lot with games such as the base for this mod, i allways thought of this as "stupid, pseudo rpg waste of time" - don't be furious, this is only my opinion :P . But when I saw these desert screenshots I felt kind of "at home" and only after some time I figured it out that this desert looks very similar to that from Gothic II - Night of the Raven :> . So based on this similarity I think I'll wath your mod, just to see what will it become over time. Just one thing, PLEASE make Return to Mana just a little more rpg than shit series like FF or other manga-looking pseudo rpg's ;P .

Salute AnO

Not to deterr from the subject which should be of the mod.

I don't care what you say, as along as you don't downgrade yourself by saying things such as:

' Stop being so faggity and get a life'

No matter what the reason is, this is the type of thing that SHOULD get punished in a gaming forum.

Specialist stfu... If you would actually look at what the mod is about (Legend of Mana) for snes... And if you had played it. You would realize that you're a faggot leaving queer comments to try to downgrade people. so... Stop being so faggity and get a life. Myabe try making a mod of your own.. rofl it would probaly suck more than you...
