Republic at War 1.1 GC Performance Patch

Republic at War is a total conversion mod for the game "Empire at War Forces of Corruption". The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. The mod focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various campaigns of the Clone Wars such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

Current Project Status
Over the past few months, the majority of the team has been busy cleaning up bugs, applying balance adjustments, as well as working on some custom video content.
z3r0x has been unable to work on the project and isn't expected to be back to work for a little while. His presence is required before we will be able to begin the Republic at War v1.2 beta period.
We've decided that it is in our best interest to release a content patch this quarter, regardless of when we finish development of the expansion. An in-between game patch will be made available this June. It will resolve the majority of the player complains that we've been receiving.
More information can be obtained here.
We appreciate everyone's patience and look forward to pushing something out in this first half of the year.
Steam & Disc compatibility Solution
As most of you know, we have been in contact with Petroglyph over the multiplayer compatibility issues between disc and Steam users. The process has become quite lengthy. I'm still waiting on a 4th round of responses regarding the official patch. Because of this delay, we'll be releasing the in-house patching application that will allow FOC players to sync up their games and enjoy playing with their friends who are using a different game medium.
The application supports most popular mods (including Republic at War) but will work just fine for those playing vanilla FoC. A short readme is included. The application is available on ModDB.
This functionality will be built into the upcoming Republic at War 1.2 game launcher as well.
May the 4th be with you,
The Republic at War Mod Team.

Highest Rated (59 agree) 10/10
Looks really polished Z3r0x. I must say though, you've caught alot of flak today, and the fact that you kept your cool would make me give you a 10/10 in itself. Nice work.

No, I stopped modding EAW for fun ages ago. And I've certainly never uploaded anything I've done.
