Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

Hello Everyone, and welcome to our next installment where the team unveils a a new planet, and we preview everyday scenes from that world from within the mod. When we set out to make this mod, it underwent many changes, early on the staff all agreed that we were not happy with the way the land maps were designed. They seemed for lack of a better word "dead". Our goal was to re-create all the worlds in the mod and breathe life into them. People going about their daily routines.

Vehicles coming to and fro. Spacecraft taking off and landing. Animals roaming, birds flying etc. We also new that if we were to do this then we had to add ambient noise in the mix also. So not only will all of these levels be bursting with life, but you will hear it also. As for the final mod, we have created, and added in over 300 new props, including about 15 different new plants. Many new animals, and other things to help landscapes feel alive. So without further ado, we bring you Naboo!

Naboo
Here in this scen Naboo Security Troops converse while citizens go about their buisness.

In this scene The Royal Square is a hive of activity

Here, we see two Royal Naboo Starfighters buzzing the captial.

The Lake Country is a remote area of the planet that is dominated by beautiful lakes, surrounded by mountains and valleys. Wide meadows of grass and wildflowers sat among the waterfalls and lakes, and much of the planet's native shaak population make their homes here.

Lake Retreat, was the name of the island in the Lake Country of Naboo that consisted of the Naberrie's family's retreat house.

Thats all we have this time around. Stay tuned for the next installment where we profile Dantooine. If any of our fans have a Location they woud like to see profiled, feel free to comment. We are always open to suggestion. If you can all agree on one location we would be happy to showcase it.

Very pretty, but I have one question- What is the reflection in the water (in the last pic) nothing at all like what's actually there? Is it just doing the terrain, instead of the walls and buildings and stuff?

actually it is reflecting the terrain without any of the buildings and trees on it, not the other side of the lake.

I believe you, but I honestly don't understand how the angle of the sun can affect reflection lol??

This looks really, really impressive! How badly does all the extras affect game speed though? My machine copes under normal circumstances but if I play a game where there are large forces then things get a bit laggy. Can I expect this mod to slow things right down with awesome vistas like Naboo?

wow great job!! it looks fantastic the only thing is how do you cram all-three scenes into the map?? i really dont see how you do that, it must be a big map, the lag factor must be enormous, especially for me but never-the-less, great work and keep it up!

Already the last update impressed me, but this one! It is fantastic, this could make eaw to what I was expecting when I initially bought it. The Space battles are nice as they are but the ground battles were always boring and looked really bad. Now the only thing what could be improved are the animation. The animations in eaw are very bad.

I'd like to see Dagobah, I know it's not a prequel location but I think that the map in game was just not as alive as the planet from the movies, plus I'd love to see Yodas hut and a crash X-Wing in the swamp.
