Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

Palpatine took advantage and manipulated both sides into a War, creating instability in politics allowing him to gain support over time and achieve dominance,
comparing Hitler to Obama is perhaps the most Ignorant thing to say, after WWI and the treaty of versailles was issued, Germany was in one hell of a depression, the American depression is NOTHING compared to 1920's Germany, it was war ravaged, than forced to pay ludicrous amounts of currency, and lose a large portion of land. Hitler was sent to investigate the German 'NAZI' party, liking its point, he joins, gains political support, replaces nearly all of the system with Nazi's so there is no opposition to his actions.
Obama can not do that, Republican and Democrats will always be about evenly matched, that is the gist of why that comment was so immensely stupid.

You need to learn about how the government works. Congress, the House of Representatives, and the Supreme Court would cancel out his power and most likely impeach him if he really went socialist. Besides, Hitler and Palpatine had control of the military, and Obama does nor. The military pledges military to the government, not the president.

Bush doesn't deserve all the flame he got and neither does "socialobama" lol they both haven't done the greatest job in the world, but you can't blame all the nations issues on one person or even group of people.
The issues we face today have been developing for who knows how long. Just look at the Great depression it was caused by several problems most of which arose years before they had consequences.
