Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

Oke what do you want to discuss? the Republic was cool BEFORE some idiot made Ruusan reforms, after that the Jedi and military sucked, droid's are like computers, try loading a web page then stand up and sit down again, wich is faster? now imagine Win7 is a BX droid and a Win95 is a B1, do you see what i mean? human's rule!

What Star Wars universe do you read about? Give me a break, the Republic had a very respectable military, and they won the majority of the battles in the Clone Wars. And don't bring up some CIS fanboy bulls**t saying that Palpatine was the reason why the Republic won most of the battles. He was powerful, but not powerful enough to sway which side will become the victor in battles, particularly large battles, which in the Clone Wars, there was A LOT.

"You must have wondered how a few dozen Rebel ships could possibly rout an Imperial force that outgunned it by at least ten to one… The Rebels did indeed fight better, but not because of any special abilities or training. They fought better than the fleet because the Emperor was dead… you must have noticed it. The sudden loss of coordination between crew members and ships; the loss of efficiency and discipline. The loss, in short, of that elusive quality we call fighting spirit… You had no real fighting spirit of your own anymore—none of you in the Imperial fleet did. It was the Emperor's will that drove you; the Emperor's mind that provided you with strength and resolve and efficiency. You were as dependent on that presence as if you were all borg-implanted into a combat computer"

Well if all you have ever read is Star Wars, you certainly don't it show in areas. Palpatine could use battle meditation for his forces that are in close vicinity to where he is located, but not a whole military, the size of hundreds of millions, if not even a billion or so personal spread across the entire galaxy. To me you just sound like a CIS/Sith fanboy who cannot admit the truth.

Also, could you try to NOT spam the comment section with numerous posts that could be achieved in just 1 or 2 long posts instead. Thank you.

Oke Oke! both the Republic and Confederacy had impressive military might, but if there where no Ruusan reforms the Republic would have still had most of its military and naval strenght, droids are not and never will be superior to a human mind! maybe in lots of things but never in intelegence, b1 and b2 droids take cover and try to predict where the enemy is gonna be and then fire, clones take cover, call in air support, flank, call medics and retreat, that's why they are superior to droids! Taun We said so herself!

Funny thing in star wars is that the older something is the better! old sith holocron? *becomes imortal* star forge? *builds fleet in a sec.*, B1 droids are cheap and used in mass number to compensate for their lack off calculation speed, sure they Computers calculate faster and can work on multiple things at the same time but in the end they fade but we will still be present :) and remember that we *meatbags* can do things they can't, we need machines for our industries and (in the far future) they need us for maintenence (and to give them meaning)

Description

A fan sent me a PM asking if we would see droid assembly lines like in AOTC. The answer is yes.. and low and behold I forgot to upload this shot earlier. So thanks for the PM and here is a shot of "one" of the droid production lines on Mechis
