Description
Volkov is an armored piece of meat bag armed with a 20mm AP-HE rifle and is even able to regenerate health.
Chitzkoi is his cybernetic dog companion. Just like the usual attack dogs, it is able to kill (or disable, but we will call that a kill) infantry quite fast, but with more armor and overall better attack performance.

I imagined Volkov more like in Red Alert: A Path Beyond, wearing a Soviet military uniform.
He did. Until it became something the invading Allies shoot on sight.

His rifle reminds me gauss rifle from Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

The design decision to use cybernetics in both of them is not based on that, though.

Chitzkoi looks awesome.
Volkov looks more human than I imagined, although it's probably just because I play Red Alert: A Path Beyond so much. Either way, he also looks awesome.

Will this two be as epic as they were RA?
Volkov will not be a walking mammoth tank like he was in RA, but they will certainly be the most powerful infantry unit(s) you can get.
I suppose you also read his page on CNC Wikia? nice origin's Volkov has, and he's apperently the dude on the RA2 cover.
Is that a Lahti L-39?
