That gunner in the Hum vee is really exposed to enemy fire, maybe make a armor plate maunted on the gun.

The Humvee is still rather new within the Allied army. They also didn't anticipate much effectiveness so quickly, so the design can be lacking just a bit to make it seem "new" or "untested".

We might introduce an armor upgrade, though.
