no, this mod have both quality and quantity, any complete overhaul of a game (eg. a totally new game) lacking quantity is a failure.

That is some absolutely amazing work. I'm going to go out on a limb here, but you guys are seriously setting a new bar for how good a TW-based mod can look just based on pure realism. You guys aren't compromising on anything; it's noticeable by how much detail you pack in your models and textures (especially the textures, you guys got to be using mostly 1K maps). It's all so crisp; I would seriously spend hours in a beta build just rotating the camera and watching how the light reacts to the crispness of the materials (I'm weird like that, lol). Personally, you guys have inspired me to double down on my own textures and get the most out of them.

The scaling is impeccable (though, personally, I've had concerns about how the engine or, rather, gameplay, will take true-scaled assets) Are you guys experiencing more, less or equal collision problems due to the scale? Do aircraft have problems now that-I think-buildings have increased in scale? I would be really anxious to see how it all works in video form soon, given the unrealistic scaling TW was built around.

I'd love get take a peek at your new shaders and toss them onto assets for Tiberian Dawn, and see how they work; you guys are getting amazing results out of them. Though, it's tough to say where the shader ends, and a large and exquisitely detailed texture begins.

Thanks alot! :D

Regarding the concerns about scaling, you may notice that most of our models are relatively small compared to the ones in TW. (Compare to the size of the roads, for example).
We made our models to fit the scale of most civilian structures and props, thus most of our structures won't be any larger than the largest TW faction structures.. with the obvious exception of the ore refineries, that is; They will be the largest structures in the mod, and thus huge!

The build these screens are taken from is only a test build, so we have not properly set up all the geometry for our structures; But since most of our structures are no bigger than TW structures, we don't expect much trouble.

I'm glad you like our textures and shaders. The texture for the power plant is indeed of 1k size, and I personally consider it on the edge of being too small :O.
Countless hours have been spent adjusting the shaders to our needs, though not having access to the source code of the SAGE engine has put restrictions on what has been possible to achieve. Still, we have gotten a good way from the TW shaders, and I'd say they've become just as characteristic and important to Renovatio as the art itself.

Anyway, it's nice to see that we manage to inspire people... and it would be even better if we could inspire people to join us :P
