Renegade X is a mod dedicated to recreating C&C Renegade in the new generation engine, the Unreal Engine 3. We all believe the Command and Conquer series is a very special one, and its fans have been following its games for over a decade now. C&C has been one of the most successful videogame series in the RTS Genre. Our modding team believes that C&C Renegade is truly a hidden gem in the FPS genre. C&C Renegade's specialty was its multiplayer mode, because it was not mindless killing like most games. A player was thrown into a battle as soon as he joined a server, in which teamplay was the only way to win. The game revolves around a war between the Global Defense Initiative, and the Brotherhood of Nod. Each faction would have their own base of operations consisting of buildings. A team had to work together to destroy the enemy base, while keeping theirs intact. Obelisk/Advanced Guard Tower (Base defenses) Without these, your team has no automatic defense. Just get UT3 anyway. It's like 30 bucks around here, which is totally worth it for a good game and a good mod.
30 bucks, huh? Interesting. Over here it's nearly two and a half times that amount. Normally I'd buy a pirated game for the equivalent to a bit more than a dollar, but that'd cost me the MP. Plus I have to upgrade my comp.

Is this in the U.S? UT3's prices dropped twice here in Canada, first it went down to $48.99 in most game shops, and now it's at $34.99. Maybe check the price again at your local game store, it shouldn't still be at $75
Nah. I live in Peru and perhaps it's the overseas thing that increases the price. Or perhaps the fact that the videogame black market was formed much earlier than the legal one due to all the bunch o' social, economical and poltical mayhem during the 80s.
That's a minor problem tho. I still need to upgrade my comp.

You guys are doing unbelievable. Add a single player campaign and it would be perfect.(Provided online and LAN multiplayer is better then Renegade)
