Renegade X is a mod dedicated to recreating C&C Renegade in the new generation engine, the Unreal Engine 3. We all believe the Command and Conquer series is a very special one, and its fans have been following its games for over a decade now. C&C has been one of the most successful videogame series in the RTS Genre. Our modding team believes that C&C Renegade is truly a hidden gem in the FPS genre. C&C Renegade's specialty was its multiplayer mode, because it was not mindless killing like most games. A player was thrown into a battle as soon as he joined a server, in which teamplay was the only way to win. The game revolves around a war between the Global Defense Initiative, and the Brotherhood of Nod. Each faction would have their own base of operations consisting of buildings. A team had to work together to destroy the enemy base, while keeping theirs intact. Obelisk/Advanced Guard Tower (Base defenses) Without these, your team has no automatic defense. Hand of Nod/ Barracks...

Why is the sniper rifle so huge? In real, nobody would be able to hold it.
And why are there white edges on the characters? :p
That way it looks like they're photoshopped out of a white background image.
The pistol needs work, too.
Anyway, the HUD looks really cool.

I've already bought a copy of UT3, so, I'll consider my part to be waiting for this awesome cheese done...
Now to back to the complaining part in order for this to last as long as the original did.
Indeed, the ramjet was a bit oversized in Renegade, but maybe it needs a little scale-down afterall, though, if you leave it as-is, it would be still as epic as the original.
Also, is the pistol hidden due to the "small weapons" UT3 setting, or?
I need to see that hand holding it.
well the ramjet rifle was almost bigger then a man in the normal renegade, so its size is correct :P
Maybe give her a servo-harness to lug all that extra weight around, like Vasquez in Aliens XD
A servo for handling such oversized weapons would be great.
It would also support the effect of being in an war between highly developed factions in the near future.
And also camuflage costumes especially or snipers would also be great.
But in the end, this is already a fantastic idea making a mod about renegade. I think, the original game was great for that time, but had a lot of bugs (as known from westwood productions) and some minor flaws in balancing and gameplay. But in the end it was great, expect singleplayer :( So I think, a UT3 Mod would be fantstic, modern graphics, modern Bot AI, modern physics and a whole bunch of new ideas including changes and upgrades to the old style of Renegade!!!

I hope you guys make a few costumes for each character like in renegade, because you can never have too much camo!
