Is that a reactor?
The huge concrete bunker with the generator in the corner? That's Skynet :D It's self powered, that's why it has that reactor looking thing.
SkyNet was just built with 2 adjacent power plants. The SkyNet does have it's own power plant too though, that's it glowing blue. It only powers itself though.
well there are two reactors, one of which was placed into the Skynet by the AI, but yeah the pyramid is Skynet, one of the super weapons for Robot General
