Relay is a multiplayer mod where it involves relay in time, meaning that any player can slow down time when they have enough XP also people with high enough XP can save teleport locations and teleport there when ever they want. Players can also go invisible on high XP levels though and if you aren't from America you get a hat which is coded into the mod.
