Yes, that's right. After several years of plans, all grouped under the temp name of Ren2 Mod, Red Phoenix has been born!
As its name and logo might suggest, we are bringing you a story of a shattered world at the end of Red Alert2, when a high ranking soviet commander has gambled its last card in the name of socialism, by launching an "war to end all wars" over the USA.
And now for a video treat to everyone! To keep it short, you get a 3 min stroll through two of our current maps where you'll get to see several of the mod assets we've got and lastly, something unique in the history of C&C mods and possibly in all of modding history : FMV shorts with real actors !
The FMVs are still at their beginning so don't expect Hollywood quality on this one!

I like that GDI Guard tower, looks more like the one from Command & Conquer than the ones on Renegade, I hope you guys keep this up.
And im guessing your gonna try to make all the Vehicles look like the ones you see in the C&C cut scenes.

umm cool....terrer drones...how are we gonna use those???
Well, if no new scripts are coming out, I guess it'll work as a suicide vehicle that has as a explosion animation the Drone entering the vehicle. As for the infantry, there'll be a primary weapon (for vehicles) and secondary (for infantry). I don't know yet how the drone'll "kill" infantry, but I'll see if it's possible to play a "jump and kill" animation without killing yourself.

I've turned into a PR guy latley because everybody keeps redoing their tank models so often that when i've unwrapped it the unwrap suddenly becomes useless -_-. I'll b alot more active after my exams are through.
Right now i'm working on a map i'm calling RA2_icedrifts shud b cool.
