man this mod is the shit, best mod for UT2k4 and it really makes you feel like your in the war
This is the best mod (game) ever, but after some months of play it lacks new maps. I hope they will be out on 30th june.
O... M... G...
"Norway was an ally to Germany"? Hello? Brain? Where are you?
As mr_moot correctly points out, that is the most stupid statement here. They were definitely not a German ally. Norwegian resistance? Telemark? German invasion of Norway? (sigh) and it was going so well on the realism.
"The Colt 1914 was re-manufactured in Norway, an ally to Germany, and the Waffen-SS in particular was supplied with them."
Norway was a German ally?

And now that I've goten started, when are you going to fix that goddamned respawn bug? Jesus it happens so often and makes everyone hate you.
this looks awesome.. my first ut2k4 mod :).. gotta d/l right now
This is by far the best mod i've ever played on any game. Great job guys. Can't wait for next releases
Why cant you search for one more spot :/
1. Anticipation grew throughout our community from the teasers.
2. The Colt 1914 was re-manufactured in Norway, an ally to Germany, and the Waffen-SS in particular was supplied with them.
I really love how Moddb and to a lesser extent the modders themselves make no distinctions between Unreal 2003 and Unreal 2004. This is especially convenient since they are actually the same game, and mods are interchangeable between the two.
And yes this is indeed a good mod, but rather than add to the 5 pages of gushing, i'd like to point out the few problems with the game, namely 2.0.
1. When most people say "teaser," they use it to desribe something that gets people exicted, hence the "teasing" aspect. When I saw the animation teaser feature the same animations as in 1.2, I was not very teased at all. The same goes for when a PPsh shoots empty .50 shells straight up out of the gun, longways, ass-up, straight into the firer's face, I get even less excited then I was before seeing it.
2. Why is the American Colt .45 listed as a German weapon? Even if we pretend for a second the Krauts had a bunch of them (the American Neutrality Acts allowed American businesses to sell arms and such to warring countries before 1941), they wouldn't be able to get any .45 ACP ammo after 1941, so why bother?! The American Colt could not have been "standard issue" among German units by anyone (10,000 sounds like a lot, but at a time when the U.S. was pumping out five times that number of Thompson SMGs a MONTH, it is a tiny, tiny number), and only god knows why in the heck you decided to give it to them.
Other then that, it's a great mod.
