Just re-DL it, it worked fine for me. But last night a friend sent me a 10 day guestpass for RO-Ostfront and it's 1000 times better than this crap of a mod. If you want a good free WWII mod I would suggest you get Forgotten Hope 2 for BF2, and NOT play this mod. The retail version is one of the best WWII games I've ever played, and the mod is the worst WWII mod I've ever played. The tank combat in Ostfront is just......awesome, in all meanings of the word. Can't wait for Heroes of Stalingrad!!!

Crap of a mod? Who the hell are you to praise a dev for its later work that only came to be because this mod was so great for its time? You should really think before you speak, i don't even see any content in your profile that shows you've created anything of your own. It's okay to have an opinion, just don't vomit it all over the place.

I was referring to the sequel when I was saying my computer could not run that, and saying windows 98 did not make much sense there, it is a hardware related problem lol, windows 98 and play this game, google it and you will see. Anyways already pre ordered the new one and got myself a new comp.

WTF?!? It won't start for me! It keeps giving me errors! I DL it and installed it correctly, but it keeps giving me either runtime errors or it can't find RedOrchestra.intro or something like that! Can anyone help? I've been searching on the net but can't find anything to fix my problem. I also found a solution that WOULD help (maybe), but I can't find the ini file for the game. It's not in there!

Never mind, got it to work by re-downloading it and now I'm gonna un-install it.***NOTE*** This is JUST AN OPINION SO PLEASE DON'T FLAME ME. Also, I haven't tried the retail version so this rant/opinion piece is ONLY FOR THE MOD***/NOTE*** It's not realistic at all. Your character can't run 10 feet without running out of breath, it feels like you're sliding on ice all the time, there's no way to reload any MG, the weapon sway is set to high, your allies LOVE to run you and other allies over whenever they get inside a tank, the AI barely shoots and when they do it's always from the hip so their shots go wild all the time and the controls are near impossible to learn. If anyone wants to get a realistic WWII shooter, don't go for this mod, instead get Battlefield 2 and download the Forgotten Hope 2 mod.
