Description
This concept art of heavy combat helicopter (synchropter; Intermeshing rotor helicopter), belonging to the Soviet Union or the Alliance (belonging to a certain fraction is not defined yet).
This heli looked at the Mi-24, a little on the Mi-28, Kaman's helicopters (and Soviet Twinblade from RA3) and a little on the Ka-29.
"Eggs" are actually the blisters for observers, after the upgrade there appear additional machineguns.

It stil looks like SOVIET mi-24.
It hard-weaponed but not hard-armoured.
And hard armoured heli can be got by allies.
