It's small size allows it to move quickly and through infantry squads and allows it to get to the enemy more quickly. It literally has no armor at all much due to the plastic housing and small parts the Toy naturally comes with. Making it easy to be taken out.

Press Deploy and they build one on the cell they're on. The Cars have only 1hp so you are expected to use distractions to help them make a proper bombing run.
so it's more effective to just bomb a terror drone, no?
Well you could do that but the terror drone costs 500 and this one is free, You just gotta keep deploying Ivans until your satisfied with your car swarm.
Or sneak them somewhere the other guy won't expect.
