GDI's Hero Havoc has been reworked heavily. Thanks alot to Ares' new logics introduced recently.
Havoc now comes in 3 forms. The Rumbler ACV, Talon-Cycle and his Original Powered Armour Self. The Bike and Infantry Version aren't available normally in gameplay and you must train him as the Rumbler. When destroyed as the Rumbler he is ejected into the Talon-Cycle. Destroying the Talon-Cycle ejects him as his Power Armoured Infantry Version.
