Thank you for this. On one hand, I would have preferred to pay the company for their work, but on the other hand, EA has a terrible reputation for expansion packs. I still can't convince them that I own ones that I've bought.

Ya I bought Uprising but if I want to reinstall it I have to go through a hell of a lot of work and waste alot of time so this is much easier then doing that.

The mod? Just extract the files to your My Documents\Red Alert 3\Mods directory. Then you will find the mod in the Game Browser of your Red Alert 3 Control Center.

No. Mods are not supported on Mac, sadly. Go get a windows, or bootcamp (it WILL, of necessity, lag, albeit).
awesome mod now all we need is the commanders challenge too bad its impossible to get
cool, the new version. but what are the changes ?
Noticed a couple of issues
- The giga-fortress seems vastly underpowered, low fire rate after initial burst (sea mode)
- Buildings garrisoned by archer maidens seem insanely durable
- Robot tank X-1 seem underpowered, beam weapon seems mostly ineffective, often damaged itself with primary weapon
- Harbinger seem be underpowered
Don't know if these are issues from the mod or the original units.
Otherwise great game mod, good work!
On further examination
-Given it's armour the Giga-fortress is balanced
- Any building on new maps are far more durable.
- The robot tank is less powerful than expected in the official version, the beam weapon is still ineffective at taking down units but good with buildings.
- The harbinger makes up for its lack of fire-power compared to Kirov with versatility and speed.
JUST TO SAY TO YOU ALL THIS CAN BE ILLEGAL FOR THE GUY PUTTING MOD UP, only he might talked to ea about it.
We talked to the former Community Manager Aaron "APOC" Kaufman years ago and all modders are allowed to take content from EA games for modding EA games. There is nothing illegal as long as we use EA content in games of the same company (EA).
Next time please inform yourself about that fact first or just write me a PM instead of making such a comment.

I wonder though, why didn't you release the source for 1.14? 1.13 did have a source code release, too...
I didn't release the source code for 1.13.
I already said that I'm tired of updating the source code again and again. Also I don't want outdated source codes to be available.
You could give away the xmls that are modified instead for versions 1.13 and 1.14. If not, maybe give the modified ones away to the modders privately who may want it in their mods?
I try so much stuff that I don't know which files I really modified in the end.
Perhaps you should know the ones you have modified have a "date modified" mentioned in the Windows Explorer. If not, you need "Xplorer2" program to see it.
The date modified changes each time I save the file. As I said I try many things and if something doesn't work I revert the changes. So the date doesn't say something about if the content has really changed compared to the previous release of the mod.
If you want actual version control, using an SVN system might be useful.
