I've tested this before on Uprising: one Harbinger wins 2 Giga Fortresses. Did you upp the Giga?
Just make it transform into sky form and the Harbingers can't touch it.
seriously though it seems pointless since harbingers are far better on 1 on 1 and GF can't touch harbingers either on sky form
Actually, a GF in skyform can touch a Harbinger by flying into it.
