RA3 Reloaded is an partial total conversion and balance mod for Red Alert 3 designed to be the way it was meant to be played. It's not just only to return the right type of gameplay similar to vanilla C&C3/KW but also to return some Uprising content from the RA3 Uprising expansion as well as other new units and new gameplay changes. This mod concentrates mostly on global changes and balances to gameplay.

This is the second news update for Red Alert 3 Reloaded.

Having almost finished with this mod for over a year, this mod is taking new steps out from the old version which involves the eleven Uprising units from Bibber's RA3 Upheaval source code and my modified Ursa Major and Chief Scientist units. Like most RA3 mods, there's no chance or possiblility of adding new factions. When this updated mod is released, balance changes will be issued since there's more changes left to go. I might be adding the possibility to include some suitable balance changes done from the RA3 Community Patch 1.13.

So far, I have done test mods involving tier 4 units, tier 4 structures and more experimental new units that some modders have released as source codes that didn't work completely. This includes a possible modified ChronoCyro Legionnaire, Battle Fortress (from DavoPlayer), Pillbox (from Madin), Corrupted Lobster (from Jason Zombolt), Mumakil (from Asuka), Scout Car (from the RA3 Paradox team) and Annihilator Tripod (from Asuka). There's also a possibility I could add in an upgrade for the Allied Power Plant when a Defense Bureau is built, but it has not been experimented yet.

Here's the brief outlook for the Tier 4 hierarchy for each faction (cost and build time for each unit/structure):

Allies Tier 4:
-Command Center 3000/30 (formerly VIP Bunker) Uses 100 power. Requires Defense Bureau.
-Coastal Gun 2500/25 Uses 100 power. Requires Command Center. Needs a longer range effect.
-ChronoTank 2400/24 Requires Command Center and Max Clearance.
-Future Tank X-1 3000/30 Requires Command Center and Max Clearance. Needs a moderate buff on attack damage.
-Harbinger Gunship 4000/40 Requires Command Center and Max Clearance.

Soviets Tier 4:
-Operations Center 3000/30 (formerly VIP Bunker) Uses 100 power. Requires Battle Lab.
-Artillery Cannon 3000/30 (formerly Artillery Dome) Uses 100 power. Requires Command Center. Needs a moderate nerf on attack damage, splash damage, damage radius and range.
-Mumakil 3000/30 (aka the April Fools Mammoth Tank) Requires Command Center. It's the modified unit from BFMEII and it can walk on water. Still needs work on using an anti-air weapon.
-Giant War Bear 4000/40 (aka Ursa Major) Requires Command Center. EALA originally calls it the Ursa Major and it's used for major offense.
-Corrupted Lobster 2400/24 (aka Corrupter) Requires Command Center. The Soviets need a Desolator vehicle for support and defense lethal enough against infantry, light vehicles and structures. I doubt if using desolator spray can work on allied units for a healing effect.

EORTS Tier 4:
-Robotics Lab 3000/30 Requires Nanotech Mainframe. It must be placed on land.
-Power Core 2500/25 (gains 700 power) Requires Nanotech Mainframe. It must be placed on land.
-Tri-Cannon Gun 3000/30 Uses 150 power. Requires Robotics Lab. It must be placed on land.
-Annihilator Tripod 3000/30 Requires Robotics Lab and Mecha Bay Max Upgrade. Needs a huge nerf on attack damage and health. The coding was messed up when this unit was released from Asuka as source code and mod, until I fixed the coding changes.
-Greater King Oni 4000/40 Limit three. Requires Robotics Lab and Mecha Bay Max Upgrade.
-Shogun Executioner 10000/120 Limit one. Requires Robotics Lab and Mecha Bay Max Upgrade. Needs a huge nerf on attack damage.
-Giga-Fortress 6400/30 Limit three. Requires Robotics Lab and Naval Yard Max Upgrade. Needs a huge nerf on attack damage.

Most of the 1.0 changes will be announced soon as most testing is done. I am not planning to add any new units out of the ordinary since I cannot draw but mod only. If you have any great suggestions, feel free to give them as feedback.
