Looking to expand the gameplay as much as possible, Paradox promises more than thrice as many units as the original, with dozens of new units in the existing sides and five new factions arising; the patriotic Confederate Revolutionaries, the sinister Mediterranean Syndicate, the otherworldly Atomic Kingdom of China, the noble Order of the Talon and the horrifying Electrical Protectorate.

You know, if I were to name it, I'd call it "Griffin" (jet), because it really looks similar, at least the front part. :-D
You're closer than you think; the front part is supposed to look like a beak. I guess in the lore it's a stabilization jet or something.

Btw, why you named it Hawker?
It's a double-entendre.
The Hawker is a species of dragonfly, which, like helicopters, can move in all directions, regardless of where it's facing.
However, since its name is "Hawker", the dev team (Ex: Sketch, see above) thought it would be funny to shape it like a hawk.
Hence the Hawker.
Triple, actually. Hawker is also the name of the real-life Harrier Jumpjet's manufacturer, the first VTOL plane to see military service.

New to this site so here goes. From these screen shots it looks awsome and if I had to Name the aircraft maybe Condor? Vulture? Scavenger? or something like that.
