The XWorkshop is the Allied experimental vehicle production facility which requires the Tier X upgrade to purchase. As an upgrade, the XWorkshop can build power generators on either side (pictured) to power itself.

This is truly amazing.
The full game may be quite interesting as it will be very easy to tell what was a paradox addition and what was an original. This quality will stick out like a sore thumb among other allied structures.
This looks even better than the original concept! :D I'm not sure what it is but the parts that extend out the front, including the ramp, look like they're floating over the ground... is this just a shadow issue or ?
