Is it upgraded with Advanced Aeronautics or not?
As far as I know, Advanced Aeronautics got the axe and is no longer in game. It did not fit with the new protocol system.
Indeed. Also, as far as I know, its effects are going to be the natural state of the aircraft aside from a change to the Vindicator bomb.
I could be wrong though- best to go bother Sketch.
