Spambot.
Faction: Electrical Protectorate

The Spambot is a non-combative unit that can support the EP's engineers in a number of useful ways. The spambot comes directly from the artificer. It is fairly weak as the technic. It's special ability is to create 3 more spambots. You can group the bots to make them mass produce. Spambots are a Technics best friend. The spambots have no attack against enemies, making them cannon fodder. Their only way of interacting is against structures. They can turn turrets and light structures that need power neutral. They can also temporarily stop power generators. They can also attack Conyards, making the opponents build menu filled with queues of random buildings, filling up the build of the player, thus effectively stop the opponent from making more buildings. The number of ways Spambots can be used for:

-Supporting Technics.
a.Technics can hide in the sea of spambots and infiltrate without being spotted on the map.
b.Technics can also easily capture the buildings the spambots made neutral.
c.Technics can also use the spambots as a distraction for the enemy commander, who wouldn't want the technic to capture his precious base .
d.The power stopping and delay of the Conyard makes the Technic's job easier. No turrets and no extra bases!

-Distraction.
a.Make a large spambot army and charge the enemy on the side opposite where the army that supposed to do damage will be.
b.Spam around damaged vehicles or key units to protect them from enemy fire.

Medic.
Faction: Allied Nations

The Medic is a unit with light combat ability and can help the engineer. The medic's weapon is a dart gun. The gun does very little damage and can put animals into a sleep while it slows down infantry. This gives the engineer and the medic a chance to escape the barrages of bullets and bites they will face. The medic, true to it's name, heals people. It creates an aura ,like the medic tent the engineer makes,while it moves. The medic can accompany the engineer to help him heal.
When the engineer packs, the medic can go into the tent and increase the radius and healing power. The medic's uses are:

-Protecting Engineers.
a.They can guard the engineers when no other unit is available.
b.They can also allow engineers to be in a smaller group so it can't attract attention.

-Help Engineers.

a.They can help with healing the Engineer and it's allies
b.It can increase the radius of the medical tent to increase the units affected.

Tiger Rider.
Faction: Atomic Kingdom of China

Tiger riders are basically tiger scouts with a watchman on it. Yep, that sums it all up. It can carry a single unit onto battle. Scholars are an excellent candidate to use this rider for the small size of the tiger and it's speed and gracefulness makes it invisible to huge, wall crushing vehicles. The tiger mount can sense spies, making its path ambush-free. The watchman can use it's crossbow to deal with any light infantry they might encounter. The engineer can use this comfortable defense to easily wriggle out of tight situations. The Tiger Rider's uses are:

-Transport Scholars.

a.Scholars can hop on this unit to save time.
b.Scholars that use this has a higher chance of survival.
c.The Rider's multiple features makes Scholar rescue missions easier.
d.Spies like Shinobi will never bother Scholars again!

I'll continue it, I promise. I deliberately planned on stopping it from here to see if it's accepted by the public which decides whether it'll be continued or not. Hope you like it!

Side Note:
I never played the orig. only uprising and yet, here I am suggesting ideas for it's unofficial expansion! Ironic, right?

Well, it adds more units into the game=more tactics. I never played Team Fortress. It would be necessary if the engineers ain't dead meat.

Well normally engineers should be accompanied by an army, if it's not it deserves to die and honestly I think the spambot sounds OP imagine spamming hundreds of them and you have already won the mental war as your opponent becomes frustrated

Sadly no. And anyway spambots cannot attack. Mental warfare sounds promising to me. The enemy would have no trouble with spambots even if they used a wall.

Tiger riders just sound like an alternate scout, (Albeit mechanically interesting.) the Medic would be more a troop support than an Engineer buddy, and spambots seem a bit needlessly annoying to fight against.

Eh, I don't think not having some anti-Infantry up when the spambots come should be as outright devastating as it would be.

(Ah, you didn't have enough anti-Infantry up: now over half your base is neutral. Even without their Engineers nearby, your doomed.)

You can just grab a vehicle as weak as an IFV to flatten them.

And you can have some other engineers nearby to reclaim and it takes 4 spambots to neutral buildings.

Its still what I see as too much punishment for being unprepared, considering how spammy these things would probably be.

It wouldn't be a problem if their costs were in the 200 each range, though.

It's up to the makers of paradox to decide the balancing. I just placed the platform for the creation of these units. Medics can help engineers. When no other unit is available medics can support the engineer or when all of your raiding squads are dead the medic can protect the engineer and hopefully let him do his job. Spambots are supposed to create spam. Hence the name. And tiger riders can't attack enemies with the tiger itself. It is a better scout but more costly and it can transport scholars stealthily as possible.
