An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.

Try redownloading it if it doesn't work the file could have potentially be corrupted and do you have the original version of RA3?

yes, a steam version, but to start the luncher i have to do: start,run, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\RA3.exe" -ui , because i do not find the luncher exe in the folder

No error messages at all? Did you try redownloading and extrating everything from the zip into the mod folder?

What you have to do is open the launcher, log out of steam, tell it to open paradox, log back in to steam when prompted, and then click 'launch Red Alert 3'. It's an annoying workaround, but it's how I got it to work.

Then you'd probably have to take the issue up with steam considering the vanilla EA versions work fine

don't make a steam shortcut.

Just go into the properties of red alert 3 in your library, and click the 'Set Launch Options' tab and just add -ui to it and it should work.
