Recall 2087 mod for Doom III

Good morning!

I just thought I'd drop in and tell all of you guys that the mod is dead. Sorry to get all of your hopes up....Ah no, only joking! :)

The last news post was one year ago so I think you guys deserve to know what has been happening over the past twelve months in the Recall universe. Well now, where to begin.

First and foremost I would like to apologise about the lack of a website that I promised you. I have gone through three web builders over the last year who didn't do much of anything after all their talk! What I didn't like was the fact that they just disappeared without a trace, leaving me to start the site from scratch each time. This is why I chose to design the site myself. A tough ordeal which gave me very little time to work on the mod but finally it seems to be paying off. At this point I would like to thank Bekey (Morning Faith) for helping with the web coding and a variety of other things that I couldn't get my head around. You guys should be happy to hear that the site is nearly done. I just need to sort out the forums and a bit of polishing.

As for actual mod progress, The Running Man is finished but I want to release it when the whole mod is complete so you'll have to wait a while for that. Recall 2087 on the other hand is finally coming to life. I have just completed the first level on Mars Federal Colony while the rest of the levels are still in the rough stages of development. I would like to have the whole mod released by Christmas 2010 but I have to be realistic here. Mod making is a very tough venture when you work alone so I hope to get some help once the site is up and running.

Anyway, enough for now. The next news post will have the website release in it and you won't have to wait long for that...I hope!
