From the design point of view it's the best capture of original HW2 art vector with addition of something new. Question is about the agenda, is stealth tech and something that kinda advanced being valid for vaygr forces?..
Both sides will have their high-tech toys often unlocked with the next level of research and respective new Research Modules.
Hiigaran will be on the advanced technology side of things, while Vaygr will use more dirty tactics. That was my general approach.
Also this particular unit is the Vaygr counterpart to the Higiaran Cloaked Heavy Fighter (formerly Cloaked Bomber), this Stealth Bomber is only detectable from half the sensor range and specialize in anti-subsystem weapons, but that's it. It's still lower tech in direct comparison.
